• The room photo you upload and the answers you provide during onboarding (space, budget, style, rules, and the problem you want to solve).
• Your email address, which you provide at checkout.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Usage and device data collected through our analytics provider, PostHog (for example pages viewed, actions taken, and a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser).

• To generate your room makeover, shopping list, and setup steps.
• To process your one-time payment and send your plan and receipt.
• To operate, secure, measure, and improve the service.
• To respond to your support requests.

We share data with service providers who help us run RenterGlow, including Stripe (payments), our makeover generation and product-search providers, image hosting, and PostHog (analytics). These providers may process your data only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including PostHog, to keep the service working and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at support@renterglow.app.

RenterGlow is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
