Refund Policy

RenterGlow is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks your makeover, shopping list, and setup steps immediately after payment. Because the content is delivered instantly, all sales are generally final.

When we will refund you

We want you to get what you paid for. If something went wrong, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right, including a full refund, if:

Your makeover failed to generate or was never delivered.
You were charged more than once for the same makeover.
A technical problem on our side stopped you from accessing your plan.

What is not covered

Because the plan is delivered instantly, we generally cannot refund simple change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the creative direction of the design after it has been unlocked. Product prices and availability are set by third-party retailers and are outside our control.

How to request a refund

Email support@renterglow.app from the address you used at checkout and include a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please reach out to us first. We can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback, and we are happy to help.
