These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RenterGlow, provided by Masas Technologies, LLC. By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
RenterGlow generates design suggestions for your space, including a visual makeover, a shopping list of suggested products, and setup steps. These are AI-generated recommendations for inspiration, not professional interior design, construction, or legal advice.
For a one-time fee, you unlock your full makeover: the final image, the complete shopping list with prices and links, and the setup steps. This is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
The shopping list contains links to third-party retailers. Prices, availability, and product details are set by those retailers and can change at any time. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, or transactions. Always confirm that an item is suitable and permitted for your rental before buying.
We aim to suggest renter-friendly, reversible options based on the rules you select, but we cannot guarantee that any item or method complies with your specific lease. You are responsible for reviewing your lease and following your landlord's rules.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass payment, disrupt the service, scrape or resell content, or upload unlawful or infringing images. You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you submit.
You keep the rights to the photo you upload. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal license to use the makeover and plan we generate for your own use. The service itself and our content remain our property.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result, accuracy, or that products will look or perform as shown.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masas Technologies, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Payments are processed by Stripe and charged in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
We may update the service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
